These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TIVA Wellness website, patient/staff portal, and the TIVA Wellness mobile app for Android and iOS (together, the "Services"), operated by TIVA Innovations LLP ("TIVA Wellness", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Our Services

Our Services are provided for the purpose of booking appointments, managing your care, and communicating with our clinic. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Our website and portal are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services immediately.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. We may require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling; please contact the clinic directly for our current cancellation policy.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are communicated at the time of booking or treatment and are payable as invoiced. We reserve the right to update our fees from time to time.

Online Orders (Order & Collect)

Products shown in our online shop can be ordered through the portal for collection in person at our clinic. No payment is taken online. Placing an order is a request to reserve the items; it is confirmed only when we notify you by email or WhatsApp that it is ready to be picked up. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Payment is made at the clinic when you collect your order, quoting your order number. We may hold a ready order for a reasonable period and cancel it if it is not collected. You may cancel an order from My Orders at any time before it is marked ready. Product warranties, where stated, are those of the manufacturer or vendor.

Account Security

If you are issued login credentials for our patient/staff portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials and for all activity under your account.

Mobile App

The TIVA Wellness mobile app is a convenient way to access the same portal from your phone. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on a device you own or control, for your own use of our Services. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.

The app is distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and your use of it is also subject to those stores' terms. Google and Apple are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the app or our Services. The app requires an internet connection; data charges from your carrier are your responsibility. We may release updates that you need to install to keep using the app.

If you turn on fingerprint sign-in, anyone whose fingerprint or face is enrolled on your phone can sign in to your account in the app. Only turn it on for a phone that you alone can unlock, and turn it off (or change your password) if the phone is lost or shared. Activity under a fingerprint sign-in is treated as your own.

If you allow notifications, we may send you appointment reminders and other service messages. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings or your portal preferences. Notifications are a convenience and may be delayed or fail to deliver; do not rely on them as your only reminder of an appointment. How we handle notification data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TIVA Innovations LLP or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIVA Innovations LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
